SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The VP, Services leads and manages the entire related practice segment. Accountable for Salesforce.com practice P&L. Significant contributor to overall company strategies and plans. Oversees and enhances partner and key client relationships for segment. Instrumental in plans/actions for international expansion. Establishes and monitors performance metrics for practice segment. Ensures top talent is in place throughout organization. Ensures client satisfaction and quality goals are met or exceeded. Accountable to help drive overall company growth and profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Leads Global delivery operations in accordance with Astadia corporate policies and objectives:
o Plans, directs, and manages SFDC activities to continually reflect customer trends, market changes, and advances in business best practices.
o Leads SFDC Practice administration, coordination and facilitation of all delivery activities and achievement of assigned delivery goals.
o Hires, leads and mentors SFDC Practice leaders to achieve and exceed their individual assigned goals.
Leverages cross funtional global resources, including Astadia and Partner executives to achieve goals.
Continuously scans landscape for new partners, and new solutions which can strengthen Astadia?s market postiion.
Continuously builds and strengthens key client relationships. Ensures client satisfaction in the delivery of services, by acting as the final point of contact for ensuring appropriate Global resource deployment.
Understands and manages profit and loss tradeoffs to drive near-term and long-term profitability goals and return on invested capital. Formulates and executes strategies designed to meet and exceed Astadia financial goals.
Focuses on Global Marketplace expansion, revenue generation, and profitability. Stays current on latest technologies and best practices to ensure that these are internalized within the organization.
Identifies development needs of leaders and ensures that development activities are enabled. Instills a mind-set of continuous learning and development.
Significanly contributes to senior management planning and Global expansion efforts.
Monitors all Global performance metrics and takes corrective actions as necessary.
Bachelor?s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective presenting to executive levels
Exceptional influencing and negotiating skills
Minimum of 7-10 years experience delivering consulting services and project management experience
A proven executive with history of high performance ; strong people and team leadership skills
Experience managing a P & L of $20 million+
Brings a balance of strategic and operational skills
Experience with related practice applications preferred
Commitment to personally stay current with relevant new learning. Active participant in company sponsored learning events.
Will uphold the highest of business ethics and personal integrity and will ensure same throughout assigned team.
