Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services Bullhorn

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the VP of Worldwide Professional Services will be responsible for leading a growing team of 75 people, managing a $10mm P&L, developing and working with a partner network, and successfully implementing a broad range of Bullhorn customers.
Experience with global implementations and partners
Experience building and managing project costs, budgets, staffing levels
Experience building centers of excellence and training program for customers and partners
An understanding of the life cycle of a high-growth software company and the challenges at each level of development
Superior client relationship and negotiation skills
Ability to manage client relationships and builds engagement and value by establishing Bullhorn as a valued strategic partner
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
Must have 10+ years experience leading professional services teams for enterprise-class, on-Demand software solutions.
Must have demonstrated expertise in improving and managing services processes and methodologies.
ERP and SaaS experience is preferred.
Must have demonstrated ability to develop a team in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment.
Must be an effective communicator with the ability to manage and implement change in a dynamic environment.
Must have demonstrated expertise in facilitating resource delegation to control difficult customer situations.
Must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively under stress and within tight deadlines.
Must have exceptional organizational, time management, analytical and multi-tasking skills.
