THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The ideal candidate will be experienced in both upstream product and service definition and downstream product development and execution. He/she will have strong leadership and change management skills; create passion, excitement and results in others; and provide strategic and tactical direction to evolve and grow a market leading portfolio of healthcare solutions. This individual will have strong executive presence and be able to clearly discuss and communicate product value and benefits.
--Understand current and evolving business goals and translate them into a maintainable product vision and roadmap
--Define the organization's product objectives and initiatives
--Develop product strategy through the balanced use of site-originated-products, centralized products and third party vendors
--Understand our content/intellectual property and user needs and translate them into scalblew solutions
--Understand emergent technologies and how they shape and inform the development process
--Establish product development processes, best practices, and policies
--Strategic prioritization of products, features and resources with colleagues
--Own and develop the overall product development schedule factoring in the diverse needs from across the organization
--Communicate effectively, building consensus across multiple constituencies
--Previously demonstrated exceptional performance in a product management senior leadership role with a minimum of 10 years' experience
--Health care industry experience
--Substantial experience in the management of complex operational functions in a matrix environment
--Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred
--Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and motivate top talent
--Demonstrated experience working with broad cross-functional teams with ability to sell ideas and plans to internal constituencies, executives, customers, analysts, and partners
--Proven track record in effectively leading and managing teams to produce on-time, high-quality deliverables with a high level of customer satisfaction
