Position Description:
Global responsibility for leading E2open?s Professional Services organization, which includes Strategic Consulting services, Solution Implementation services and B2B Managed Services. E2open?s Professional Services organization is comprised of approximately 130 employees located around the world, and accounts for approximately 30% of E2open?s revenues.
Responsibilities:
Speci Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop strategies and initiatives to grow both revenue and profitability of all of E2open?s Professional Services businesses.
Leverage industry best practices to drive higher levels of overall financial performance for the Professional Services Department.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain the competitive advantage E2open?s Professional Services team provides as the company grows organically and through acquisition.
Represent E2open?s professional services to customers and prospects, and work collaboratively with the Field Operations team to support new customer acquisition, up-sells and renewals.
Continue to enhance E2open?s hybrid delivery model leveraging in-theater, off-shore and near-shore resourcing. It will require continuing refinement to provide ongoing competitive advantage with improving operating margins.
Provide mentoring and development to the entire Professional Services management team. This leader should be a practice builder who understands how to retain and develop key talent.
Participate in E2open management efforts to maintain high morale, low attrition, and excellent teamwork.
Help shape corporate strategies to develop and enhance E2open?s market leadership, integrate new product offerings and any acquisitions to drive returns for E2open.
Support E2open?s Alliance Partner efforts by collaborating with Field Operations, and enabling a network of partner Professional Services teams.

Position requires someone with a proven history of growing teams profitably, meeting business targets while retaining and developing top talent.
Qualifications:
15+ years management experience in professional services / consulting
5+ years Global practice management experience
Experience managing practices of 100+ personnel
Experience in a public company enterprise software environment preferred
Experience serving Fortune 500 client on large scale engagements
Large Scale Program Management Experience
BA/BS in business, operations, engineering or equivalent required
MBA preferred
Willingness to travel at least 50%
Skills:
Familiarity with Professional Services financial management, including time tracking, project accounting, billing and collection, revenue recognition, etc.
Extensive knowledge in Supply Chain Management Processes and technologies
Familiarity with major ERP Systems, such as SAP, Oracle EBS, etc.
Familiarity with application integration and B2B technologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite a plus
Fluency in foreign languages a plus
