Chief Marketing Officer

You will be responsible for:
Build and optimize a global revenue marketing team committed to driving results through every stage of the buyer?s journey
Develop best practices and campaigns for acquiring, nurturing and developing (upsell) loyal customers
Create and own the marketing metrics that illustrate marketing?s contribution to new bookings
Think through and incorporate partnerships into the campaign mix with a bang-for-the-buck mindset
Build and develop a motivated team of people who can go onto other exciting and challenging roles
Balance a ?portfolio? of integrated digital and field campaigns, constantly optimizing around ?return? across segments and campaign types
Own revenue marketing budget planning and spend optimized to the campaign portfolio
Own the quarterly campaign roadmap aligned around target account plans and product themes
Experience & Qualifications
At least five years of supervisory experience, with proven success at not only leading execution successfully, but also hiring, developing and mentoring outstanding marketing professionals.
Experience in B2B demand generation techniques mandatory. Role will also lead the global digital, campaign, web, events and customer marketing functions.
