Opportunity
Healthline Networks seeks two strategic-thinking sales executives, reporting to the SVP Sales - one to be located on the East coast and one on the West coast. The successful candidate will have strong skills in enterprise sales and driving complex consultative transactions. He/she has worked with successful healthcare software companies ? ideally with experience in Internet-based health information services ? with a successful record in developing and driving strategic relationships and large revenue deals. Experience with internet advertising and web traffic acquisition is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop, negotiate and close strategic deals and client relationships in the health-information industry, including health insurers, employers, hospitals, and health information technology vendors. This includes both direct sales and developing and managing channel relationships
Innovative thinker, strong consultative selling ability
Strong experience in and understanding of the health care industry and digital consumer-focused health applications and services
Desired Skills & Experience
At least 10 years of health care Sales and Business Development experience, including experience in negotiating and closing large revenue transactions and third-party relationships
Innovative thinker, strong consultative selling ability
Strong experience and understanding of the healthcare and health-internet industry, including healthcare advertising
Ability to open doors and close deals. Existing "rolodex" in the health-internet industry so as to hit the ground running
Strategic thinker, able to execute and close transactions necessary to implement strategy
Experience with a wide variety of contracts, including licensing, distribution, revenue sharing, and partnership sales
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
