Vice President, Sales-Enterprise Licensing Healthline
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Healthline Networks seeks a strategic-thinking sales executive, reporting to the SVP Sales. The successful candidate will have strong skills in enterprise sales and driving complex consultative transactions. He/she has worked with successful healthcare software companies ? ideally with experience in licensing of Products and Technology ? with a successful record in developing and driving strategic relationships and large revenue deals. Experience with internet advertising and web traffic acquisition is a plus.
Develop, negotiate and close strategic deals and client relationships in the health-information industry, including health insurers, employers, hospitals, and health information technology vendors. This includes both direct sales and developing and managing channel relationships.
Work with the SVP Sales to identify opportunities and to develop an overall growth strategy and the tactics to achieve it.
Develop, negotiate and close partnerships ? for technology, content and applications ? that support the broader Healthline product strategy and direction.
Desired Skills & Experience
? At least 10 years of health care Sales and Business Development experience, including experience in negotiating and closing large revenue transactions and third-party relationships.
Innovative thinker, strong consultative selling ability
Strong experience in and understanding of the health care industry and digital consumer-focused health applications and services
Ability to open doors and close deals with a ?rolodex? in the health care industry
Strategic thinker, able to execute and close transactions necessary to implement strategy
Experience with a wide variety of contracts, including licensing, distribution, revenue sharing, and partnership sales
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA a plus.
