M2S, a healthcare performance management solutions company, is looking for a top performing sales and marketing leader. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in healthcare technology sales. They will be a strategic thinker, with demonstrated sales and marketing leadership experience and the ability to drive performance of a national sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven record of increasing market share and exceeding revenue expectations. This leader will develop and execute sales and marketing plans that align with corporate strategic objectives, while playing an integral role in the overall development of the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Negotiating contracts with hospitals systems, healthcare payers, and the device and pharmaceutical industry.
Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the corporate strategic plan.
Manage entire sales process, including pricing, product performance analysis, sales metrics, and new product introductions
Develop and implement a marketing strategy that continually improves the market position of M2S? products and services.
Establish and manage the sales and marketing budget
Establish clear milestones and metrics for the sales team and implement key metrics to track performance and reward success
Select, train and develop all sales and marketing personnel.?
Work with Senior Management, Finance, Product Development and Operations to effectively launch new functionality, products and services.
Contribute experience and expertise as an active member of the leadership team.
Work with the Director of Business Development to identify potential opportunities for revenue growth.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Established executive with personal integrity, credibility, and a track record of building successful businesses. An astute sales executive whose aggressiveness and energy will be coupled with a strong team orientation that will lead M2S to continued success.
Extensive background in, and understanding of, the healthcare market, including an understanding of regulatory and licensing requirements for medical devices and healthcare information technology.
Bachelor?s degree in the life sciences field required, MBA or MPH preferred.
5+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience.
Experience selling to hospital leadership, payers, and medical device executives
Experience managing all functions of a sales and marketing organization.
Exceptional communication, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills.
Comfortable providing leadership and insights, supporting corporate strategic objectives, as well as being a ?hands-on? member of the team.
Proven ability to leverage technology and improve processes.
