Key Responsibilities for the Position

• Works with Demand Media's CMS systems, and publishing platforms to manage the flow of video from the postproduction department to site and partner destinations.
• Manages and tracks video publishing schedules to help align production with site and partner promotional efforts.
• Troubleshoots publisher uploads and general technical issues related to the delivery of video content.
• Works with stream count and traffic data to develop video performance reports
• Assists with project tracking and overall project management.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience working with CMS platforms and/or the YouTube publishing platform.
• General understanding of video and file transfer technologies.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and XML skills.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills

Preferred But Not Required

• Experience with postproduction workflows and encoding systems including Final Cut Studio and Adobe Production Suite.
