JOB SUMMARY
The Virtual Show Support is a part-time position as is responsible for the setup, execution, and coordination of virtual show elements. This is a role which requires a highly detail oriented individual who is capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Virtual Show Managers to coordinate the delivery of key virtual show related elements.
Use 2 ON24 proprietary platforms and an assortment of other software applications to setup / build virtual show and webcast components such as web pages, emails, archives, booths, content, surveys, and other related web assets.
Perform virtual show related tasks, such as: answering audience member inquiries, booth design, and data input.
Work in a client facing capacity to provide live virtual show support and booth rep training.
Perform other virtual show related activities as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous work experience in a deadline driven environment.
Strong computer skills (PC) and knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to complete assigned projects within the specified timeline.

Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Interest in learning about virtual events technologies and services.
