Hello! We are the Voice of the Customer Team and we are super focused on providing a delightful experience for all of our customers by taking their direct feedback, researching new trends on how to better serve them, and creating programs that will truly make their experience with Infusionsoft wonderful, every time.
We are looking for an awesomely rad, part-time VOC Team Coordinator as this person will be in charge of our ?Random Acts of Delight? program that is focused on creating an unexpected but incredibly delightful experience for each of our customers. The RAD program offers the opportunity for consultants and service representatives to send a personal gift and message to select customers as a ?Random Act of Delight? in order to show care and appreciation or as a token of goodwill in the event of an Infusionsoft error.

3 ? 5 years of related work experience in project/program management or administration
Incredible prioritization skills & an owner?s mindset
Exceptional communicator (written, verbal, groups, etc.)
Impeccably organized and detail-oriented; can execute with excellence
Must have an engaging, helpful, trustworthy and pleasant disposition
Demonstrates ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
Ability to maintain an optimistic, flexible attitude
Experience leveraging/implementing project management software or tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Project) required
Full administration of the Random Acts of Delight Program for the Delight Department
Customer gift (Random Acts of Delight) fulfillment, shipping, messaging
Engaging employees to participate in the program; obtaining and implementing employee feedback to ensure program success
Iterate on current processes to make RAD more effective, efficient, economical
Tracking, accounting and documentation of the RAD program and processes
Facilitates ongoing communication of progress of the RAD program to relevant stakeholders
Timely and accurate completion of ad hoc and special projects for Delight Department leadership
