Job Description/Duties:

Voice engineer will help test about 81 Broadsoft R17 features on various Cisco phones like 303, 509, 525G2; Linksys 2102; Polycom phones like IP 6000, Molbec, etc.



In addition, voice engineer will help test SIP ALG and SIP Trunk features and behavior on CPE routers and switches like Edgemarc 4552, 250W, Cisco SFE300 switches; voice analog and PRI trunk testing on IADs like Adtran 924E, Samsung 1003, etc.



Voice engineer will help write quality test plans, test results capture documents, configuration guides and certification documents.



Experience:



Voice engineer must have at least 4 years experience in SIP based voice telephony architecture especially Broadsoft platform; voice phone testing and troubleshooting for many voice features; and voice IAD testing and troubleshooting.



Voice engineer must be a team player and needs to work closely with other engineers and other teams.
