VP, Account Management Medivo

Responsible for the overall business relationship with Medivo?s client base across all Medivo?s services. The scope of this position includes understanding our clients? strategic needs, business consulting to identify and articulate the value Medivo?s solutions can bring to them and overall financial responsibility for the account base. While this position does not have primary responsibility for operational issues, the incumbent will be required to work closely with personnel responsible for service delivery to prioritize projects and to develop action plans to resolve operational issues.
Act as the single point of accountability across all Medivo services.
Maintain healthy client relationships through dashboard highlighting issues that provides Senior Management with an at-a-glance view of the account base and an early warning system on any upcoming issues.
Ensure thorough documentation of all key client deliverables and milestones in Medivo?s client portfolio dashboard.
Liaise internally to resolve client-related issues. As such, act as the Client Advocate within Medivo to ensure client satisfaction.
Drive a quarterly Business Account review, maintaining an Account plan that spans both operational and business issues. Liaise with the BD and Strategy teams to provide a 360 view of each client and define strategies to renew and expand on the relationship.
Work with BD and Strategy to identify and drive new client opportunities. Coordinate with BD on the development of new service proposals, quotes and SOWs.
Drive Medivo?s internal groups to deliver services on scope and on time. Liaise internally with Ops, Product, Dev, Marketing, Analytics and other groups to orchestrate the delivery of Medivo services.
Ensure the accuracy and relevancy of Medivo?s operational reporting (the ?KPIs?)
Perform periodic audits to ensure Medivo?s service delivery meets contract requirements
Manage a team of Program Managers, distributed across Medivo?s account base
Maintain a communication strategy with clients, including weekly updates, monthly KPI reviews and quarterly executive sessions to ensure value across services.
Provide client input and participate in the definition of Medivo?s client solutions.
Prior experience as a vendor to Pharma Marketing organizations
Prior experience managing a team of program/account managers
Proven experience managing multiple accounts
Experience with DTC & DTP models and services
Minimum Bachelor?s degree, preferably graduate degree in business
