The VP Business Development leads the improvement of Billtrust's business processes as they relate to partners. This includes partner prospecting, onboarding, communication, and training as well as administration of commissions.
A highly motivated individual with a drive to improve the satisfaction of partners as well as the revenue derived from the channel is required.
The VP Business Development key areas of focus:
?Identify Billtrust partnership opportunities in ?Order to Cash? ecosystem and ERP systems.
?Strengthen relationship with existing partners.
?Identify new areas for product integration and market expansion among partners.
?Identify new lead generation marketing opportunities among existing partners.
Qualifications and Skills
?Exceptional interpersonal, management and people skills; the ability to engage and motivate staff.
?Excellent negotiation skills
?Ability to affect positive change in a highly charged environment.
?Analysis and execution oriented.
?Excellent written and oral communication skills.
?Excellent presentation skills.
?Seven to ten years team leadership experience.
?Ability to manage commitments and coordinate people and technical resources from multiple areas of the company.
