VP, CHANNEL SALES RMG Networks

The VP, Channel Sales will build solid relationships with new and existing RMG Enterprise Solutions partners to drive revenue by identifying, incubating, and bringing to market value-added, repeatable partner service/solution offerings. The Channel Sales role is aligned to the sales organization and is responsible for managing and growing our partner ecosystem; including Resellers, Distributors, OEM Partners, Application Partners and Platform Partners. The person in this role will work with internal sales and marketing support through education, trade show participation, web site maintenance, product demonstrations, lead generation, and opportunity support.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)
Drive revenue growth through the nurturing and expansion of the existing RMG Enterprise Solutions Reseller Program, i.e. Telephony Integrators, A/V Integrators, Consultants
Develop and implement a strategic plan for Application and Platform Partners, i.e. Software/Hardware Companies, E-Commerce/Internet Companies, Digital Content Companies, Industry Consultants/Marketers
Set measureable goals and objectives for Regional Sales organization that is aligned to RMG Enterprise Solutions objectives by cultivating sales force through education and developing a sales culture.
Work to create an atmosphere that encourages our sales force to become self-sufficient business people to represent RMG Enterprise Solutions interest in the market. Enable them to be more in tuned with the market and trends occurring in the market. Achieve a sales ecosystem that balances direct and indirect sales operations. Promote the use and development of sales tools that are available to benefit both the selling effort and measurement thereof.
Make monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintain sales margins consistent with annual budget. Promote high morale in the sales force.
Oversee sales organization structure to maximize territory coverage, resolve conflict, and ensure all staff has annual sales compensation plans, performance management plans, and job descriptions.
Promote leadership that inspires and is an advocate for both team members and RMG Enterprise Solution.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Candidates should have:
Bachelor's degree (B. A. /B. S. /BBA) from four-year College or University.
Channel sales and/or technology alliance experience
Knowledge in RMG Enterprise Solutions target markets (Contact Center, Digital Signage, Employee Communications, Supply Chain, Education and Hospitality)
Strong communication, administrative, leadership, and reporting skills with mature business judgment
Sales Management experience
