VP, Client Product Solutions (Life Sciences) Medivo

The VP, Client Solutions is responsible for all of the company?s client product development activities, including; researching market demand, developing product strategy, building business plans for product lines, defining product requirements, and managing product lifecycles. The Director, Client Solutions reports to the EVP and works closely with other functional leaders in the company to ensure that all products demonstrate value to both Clients and end users. These teams include: Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Program Management, Patient Product Mgmt, IT, Ops, Legal, & Finance. The immediate focus is on Pharma clients, and over time the company?s other clients will include Payors, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, and Specialty Labs.
Develop strategic growth plans and roadmap for client product suite, current and future growth plans, based on comprehensive market research.
Directly engage clients to inform the design of product and communicate product value to other clients and to company staff.
Create client solution reporting requirements, e.g. Key Performance Indicators, to be used to demonstrate successful delivery.
Build business requirements, product requirements and identify internal/external dependencies required for all product delivery.
Ensure that all market and product requirements and definitions and well-documented for Marketing, Program Mgmt, BD, & Strategy for client communications and expectation management.
Work with Finance, BD, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver annual and quarterly projections for revenues for client product lines
Provide regular updates to management on product roadmap status with live vs. development stages, market uptake statistics, and revenues.
Work with in-house and consultant UX Designers to create best-in-class user experience for client products.
Manage internal staff and external vendors to meet project commitments. Establish and manage Quality Assurance process and resources for client product.
Attend client meetings with BD to gather regular feedback on existing products and potential new offerings.
Work with Marketing to create collateral and strategy for training BD team to sell client products.
Create an environment within the product team that encourages innovative thinking, open communication and commitment to established goals.
Proactively engage with Medivo?s delivery groups (Analytics, Data Mgmt., Product, Dev, Ops, etc.) to ensure the company?s readiness to delivering our client solutions
Demonstrated product management, forecasting, & budget management experience developing and delivering successful solutions to brand teams in the life sciences vertical.
Experience developing and delivering products with cross-functional teams that create value for brand teams while also balancing the value that end users gain from the products.

Education and experience:
Minimum 5-7 years in the pharmaceutical space, managing significant budgets to deliver strategic services to brand teams and their business intelligence partners
Minimum Bachelor's degree
Successful track record developing physician messaging platforms and/or analytics services
Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
