This individual has oversight of Recyclebank?s Community Solutions clients and leads the client services and sales teams in the South Region, owning the relationships with all of our communities and hauler partners in this geographic region. This critical role engages with key government officials (e.g., Mayors, Council Members, heads of Public Works Departments, etc.) and key channel partners (e.g., waste haulers and recyclers) to protect and grow Recyclebank?s customer base to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets. In addition, the Vice President of Client Services is responsible for the identification and acquisition of new communities to join our program, primarily executing on a channel sales strategy with our hauler partners. This individual collaborates with numerous Recyclebank departments, including Marketing and Product Management, to deliver the program to communities and lay the foundation for the success of long-term relationships. As a primary contact with clients, this person is instrumental in obtaining feedback and working with the Product Management and Marketing groups to enhance overall program performance. This person would be a senior member of the organization, part of the Global Leadership Team and report directly to the Senior Vice President - Client Services, Community Solutions.
Lead the South Region Client Services ? Community Solutions team; insuring best practices are effectively implemented.
Regularly meet with key communities and channel partners to review program performance, understand current and long term objectives, and deliver feedback to Corporate departments to improve program performance.
Expand and deepen relationships with hauler partners, effectively identifying and engaging key decision makers.
Maximize revenue and profit while delivering high quality products and services.
In partnership with Marketing and Product, develop and implement innovative ways to increase community engagement from initial program launch through the life of the program.
Enable accurate capturing of key data points on clients and periodic assessment of client status.
Provide strong leadership and management skills to grow and mentor team members. This includes providing the team with the necessary strategic and tactical direction, tools & resources, and feedback to create a best-in-class team of professionals.
Work with Senior Vice President, Client Services - Community Solutions and other key internal constituents to develop a clear vision for a cohesive sales strategy, align team members to that vision, and execute against that vision.
Provide feedback from municipalities and channel partners to help refine Recyclebank?s value proposition, in addition to leveraging data and insights from the Analytics group, to properly position the program for future success.
Executes a sales strategy, primarily focused on leveraging channel partners (e.g. train the trainer model).
Continually improve existing processes and procedures for lead qualification to provide timely and accurate pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
Participate in the development of new business strategies.
Provide feedback from communities and hauler partners to various corporate groups in order to continually enhance and evolve the program to meet their needs.
Partner with Sponsorship Client Services team to bring together our advertising and sponsorship partners (e.g., SCJ, Unilever, Coca-Cola, etc.) with Hauler partners and communities to create unique marketing campaigns and events.
All other duties as assigned by the SVP, Client Services - Community Solutions.
Ability to manage a remote team, spread across the South region of the country, engaging with in excess of 100 new and existing clients.

Bachelor's degree in business or related filed; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
15+ years of experience in sales and client services.
10+ years in management positions.
Experience in selling to and managing relationships with governmental entities, preferably at the local level.
Experience with channel partners throughout the lifecycle of an account.
Demonstrated track record in leading successful sales teams and managing and growing an account base.
Passion for the environment.
