VP, Corporate and Field Marketing
Good Technology is looking for a Vice President Corporate and Field Marketing with the passion to change how business does business with mobility. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this executive will have responsibility for corporate marketing as well as ensuring the field marketing teams are driving lead generation and awareness campaigns in our selected markets. You will drive the expansion of Good?s brand, awareness and positive perception. Working closely with the regional sales leaders, you will lead the global field marketing efforts. You will partner with the product management and product marketing team who will support you in delivering strong and consistent product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
Your focus is to empower our global network of salespeople and reseller partners to drive new and recurring revenues, create loyal client relationships and significantly growing the adoption of Good Technology solutions. Leveraging your market analysis, demand creation, brand building and field marketing experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, lead/opportunity creation, marketing ROI and Key Performance Indicators while managing a global team and with responsibility for a significant marketing program budget.
? Drive the company?s unique Point of View, create compelling stories, and ensure consistency in telling those stories across multiple vehicles and through multiple executives
? Create edgy, provocative messaging with Product Marketing and Sales and drive that messaging through campaign programs, content, social media, events and other market-facing.
? Ensure Good.com is a well-oiled machine that serves as an effective and engaging ?hub? for customer and prospect engagement.
? Lead the development of regional marketing plans, aligning sales and marketing activities and overseeing the execution of client retention and new sales campaigns as well as ownership of the corporate website.
? Directly manage the daily operations of international marketing resources in Americas, EMEA and APAC regions, while overseeing the build and execution of a comprehensive demand creation/lead generation strategy to support global business priorities.
? Build and lead a tight partnership with company sales leadership including close collaboration on go-to-market planning, monitoring pipeline contribution targets, lead engagement and follow through.
? Create and manage measurable, market-driven campaigns leveraging all relevant elements of the marketing mix including online marketing, direct marketing, field programs, PR and social media.
? Work closely with the VP, Product Marketing, outside agencies, contractors, and partners to develop and successfully execute corporate and regionally-specific marketing programs.
? Oversee the daily leverage of sales automation campaign management and lead nurturing systems in all regions and use them to evaluate and report on marketing program effectiveness while consistently optimizing marketing ROI.
? +12 years of progressive experience in technology marketing including demonstrated competency in delivering direct marketing ROI.
? The successful candidate should have significant segment marketing, demand creation and campaign execution experience preferably with a demonstrated track record of success working with direct and indirect sales teams in the enterprise software arena.
? Launching marketing campaigns internationally with the associated challenges of different languages and cultures.
? Successful experience in customer lifecycle management, retention and client acquisition utilizing a variety of outreach methods including direct marketing, email, online, events, field marketing programs and/or other mediums.
? Experience focusing around analytics and the ability to make evidence-based decisions on data for data-driven marketing.
? Specific experience leading and managing integrated marketing launches and campaigns on a global scale.
? Ability to partner and build strong relationships with all levels of an organization including senior executive leadership.
? BS degree as a minimum.
