Job Description
Your leadership combined with our small, yet highly efficient Marketing team - will take the PlayFirst brand to the next level. You are an integral part of making our daily operations successful. You execute on clear thinking; core business strategies and you're joining our team because you like the idea of working in a creative environment where everyone's opinions count as we strive towards collective success.
Responsibilities
Drive the development of PlayFirst?s strategic objectives for marketing as well as translation of those objectives into tactical roadmaps.
Responsible for driving marketing innovation and forming alliances with internal teams and external partners to deliver content across channels and manage our mobile product releases.
Work with product marketing to manage schedule and budget dependencies for asset creation and insure that all teams have an accurate understanding of campaign development and timelines.
Create media plans; monitor campaigns and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Lead internal Marketing team and provide an environment that challenges and rewards group by cultivating teamwork, creativity, innovation and career growth.
Preferred Qualifications
IOS/Android mobile games marketing experience.
Previous experience in brand positioning; advertising development and building agency relationships.
Strong analytical skills, business acumen and the ability to analyze data to spot important trends and opportunities.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while holding self and others to quality, on-time deliveries.
Desired Experience:
E-commerce experience is a plus.
Experience in the video game industry, either in console, online or casual games
Experience with products targeted at the females age 30+ segment
Experience with reporting tools, data analytics, and metrics testing.
MBA degree
