VP, Data Services
The VP of Data Services will lead the SREV Data Operations organization and delivery of all data services to SREV customers. The VP of Data Services has responsibility for managing ongoing data ETL between SREV and customers, data operations production and data quality management.
The role?s primary focus will be operational, but an architectural/design background and an ability to think strategically is a plus as the org continues to scale.
The role will work closely with Product/Engineering on Renew OnDemand requirements for data management and data services delivery, Professional Services on new customer implementations, and Customer Success on current customer situations. The role will also work closely with Marketing and Outside Sales to further evolve the offerings and value proposition for SREV Data Services.

Manage execution of data operations and data services within cost budget/op plan
Establishing and managing methodology for data ops
Develops framework for standard way to understand consumer profile, integration points, data mapping, etc.
Technical Aptitude re: Data
Client ETL management/Data quality management
Client Data Services delivery, value prop management, new client acquisition support
Understanding of processes from user perspective
Big Data knowledge (MongoDB a +)
Strategic Capability for Data Model
Data stewardship over time
Provide feedback/input into Product Development and Engineering orgs on how data requirements vary by customer and inform the process as the solution evolves
Drive employee satisfaction by leveraging key talent development tools, employee surveys, and compensation and rewards systems.
Develop a plan and manage turnover at all levels
Grow a 5-10 person team to 30-80 people
Moving beyond simply loading data to efficiently fixing, reporting, etc.
Operational efficiency, then strategic growth
Optimizing ongoing services for Renew OnDemand
CS/Engineering degree or 10+ years? relevant experience
Technical leader who can be ?hands-on? as required (e.g. strong understanding of SQL, middleware products, application to application mapping, etc.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to cross-functional stakeholders (C-Suite, Engineers, Clients)
Demonstrated experience building, quantitatively assessing, and scaling an operation/team
Individual must thrive on challenge and show intrinsic motivation throughout career to ?solve complex problems in complex environments?
Blend of systems integration and a solid data/data analytics perspective to help with QA
Understanding of how to incorporate the fragmented domain of business logic into an organized view of the same world
MuleSoft/Boomi experience a plus
Experience in middleware domains (e.g. Informatica, IBM Global Services, Accenture Systems Integration, etc.) strongly preferred
