VP/Director of Product Development OmniSYS
Member of senior management team responsible for overall success of organization. Daily interaction with senior members of company across Business Development, Account Management, Finance, and Product Management.
Research, quantify and prioritize potential expansion opportunities for medical/non-traditional claims processing, accounts receivable management, and compliance, particularly in the fields of specialty pharmacy, clinical services, and other pharmacy found medical services
Create a compelling business case for pursuing, or declining, opportunities, then develop the business plan necessary to execute new product launch
Document specific business requirements to expand into new markets
Lead cross-functional product development teams from idea generation to concept proof to implementation
Explore potential for OmniSYS to utilize existing capabilities in new arenas including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, and other medical settings
Contribute to OmniSYS? business plan including 12 month detailed game plan and 36 month longer term general goals
5-7+ years of healthcare industry experience
Strong preference for accounts receivable management and medical claims processing backgrounds
Sufficient technical knowledge to understand challenges and feasibility of various claims management services
Bachelor?s degree with MBA preferred; strong academic record
