VP/Director of Sales Invoke Solutions

Invoke Solutions, a leader in online market research is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated person to take on the role of Director of Sales. Reporting to the SVP, Sales & Marketing, the Director of Sales will be an integral part of the sales team and will be responsible for direct revenue generation. Covering the western US as your assigned territory, and working remotely from your own home office, you will coordinate the sales effort for a group of assigned accounts and use your sales skills for prospecting purposes to generate and close new opportunities.
?Understand our products and services as well as the competitive landscape and customer needs in order to effectively position Invoke Solutions
?Establish and maintain top-level contacts with key decision makers within assigned accounts
?Perform online product demonstrations and conduct face-to-face sales presentations
?Solicit feedback to refine sales direction, product offering and pitches
?Upkeep of all ongoing sales activities in CRM including weekly updates
?Cold call and online lead generation as necessary to meet sales targets
?Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and service forecast data
?Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed assigned quarterly quota
?Identify and recruit new channel partners
?Manage all phases of the sales cycle including solution development in conjunction with operations team, preparation of proposal and final negotiations (within pre-defined guidelines)
?5-7 years prior experience in Professional Service and/or Software Product sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
?Must have demonstrated ability to build new business and meet or exceed sales quotas
?Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners moving opportunities through the sales cycle
?Proven ability to thrive and excel in a lean, fast-paced, dynamic environment with high performance expectations
?Demonstrated success working remotely out of a home office
?Must be both a hunter (bring in new business) and farmer (grow existing clients)
?Proficiency using customer contact software, Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required
?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
