VideoHub is looking for a complete sales pro, a hunter who thrives in a fast-paced, business-building environment who understands that his/her success rests on being both a contributor and a team builder. He/she must be a self-starter with proven success in closing big business with senior-level agency, brand and publisher executives.
This is highly strategic position that will lead overall sales growth, strategy and execution on the VideoHub team. You?ll be a key member of the group, reporting to the GM. You?ll build on the existing sales team, expanding the group, creating opportunities in a great environment, conducting sales presentations, negotiating and closing deals with enterprise accounts and helping to build out our already significant industry presence.
Your knowledge of digital and traditional marketing combined with your communication and sales abilities will shape how our business grows and directly drive your success. Through your relationship-building skills and contacts, you will have the opportunity to provide industry-leading solutions that will drive both the VideoHub business and the video ecosystem.

7-10 years experience in digital advertising technology/enterprise sales
3+ year of experience building, leading and inspiring teams of sales professionals
Strong understanding of video metrics and brand measurement tools
Knowledge of the digital video landscape (i.e. video ad serving, buy-side & sell-side landscape)
Process and revenue driven; ability to drive, execute and manage sales processes across the VideoHub team with excellent forecasting skills
Desire to be on the cutting edge of the digital space; entrepreneurial focused and values the demands of a start-up environment in terms of personal growth potential
Highly motivated to build pipeline and sales in the digital/tech industry
Excellent communication and client collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization
Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills
Knowledge of the differences across traditional television marketing and digital video marketing
Understanding of DR versus Branding tactics
Understanding of new digital technologies and trends (i.e. DSPs, DMP, Digital Ratings)
Forward thinker who wants to change the way brand marketing is approached in the digital age
