We are immediately seeking a VP of Global Sales Revenue & Forecasting. The right candidate will assume all responsibilities regarding financial analysis, compensation, reporting and KPI analytics for Global Sales.
Job Description
Position Title: VP Global Sales Revenue & Forecasting
Location:New York
Position Overview
Reporting to the CFO and having responsibility for all financial planning and analysis, reporting and KPI analytics
Key Responsibilities
-Revenue Reporting? Build and maintain all revenue related reports: GL revenue reports (revenue recognition method) and contract value reports (ACV) by account, sales person, regional, and product level reporting.
-Renewals Analytics ? Provide decision support for contract renewals
-Salesforce.com ? Design all new reporting in SF.com and lead system connectivity design to maximize productivity, taking into account different global needs in different sales regions
-Data ? Owner of all revenue related data: ensure definitional accuracy, establish system of record and coordinate across different regions to ensure accuracy and consistency in key revenue elements globally (e.g. Contract Value, revenue recognition, gross margin, TPV, UAU, etc.)
-KPIs ? Produce weekly and monthly KPI revenue reporting. Review current reporting globally and consolidate, systematize as appropriate
-Presentations ? Work to direct all production of all internal and external presentations related to revenue (e.g. Monthly Operating Report Dashboards, Monthly Global Revenue meeting)
-Lead and manage the alignment between global revenue forecasts, corporate development plans, and product strategic plans
Skills/ Knowledge Required:
- BS/ BA required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical and financial background
- Minimum five years global financial analysis experience
- Outstanding communication skills (written, oral, presentations)
- Accomplished cross-functional team leader
- Ability to work well under pressure; produce high quality work with short- term deliverables
