Description:Oasys Water is rapidly expanding commercial operations which requires the procurement, production and deployment of Oasys systems globally. Supply chain and procurement excellence is a strategic imperative for the Company and we are looking to add an experienced, passionate and talented executive to the Oasys Team to lead these operations. Duties and responsibilities include:
System Optimization - Receive v1.x product designs and specifications from RD&E and work collaboratively to refine designs to reduce cost, increase performance and longevity. Lead interaction with strategic vendors & partners to optimize system design, integration and procurement costs and timelines.
Supply Chain Agility ? Lead Oasys SCM Team and manage vendors for maximal supply chain / procurement performance & flexibility with minimal cash flow / cost impacts. Implement global SCM strategy based upon company?s regional/ market strategy. Design and implement appropriate SCM systems and processes, including ISO qualification.
Delivery & Service Excellence - Interface with sales / BD to support delivery of systems and solutions into the field on a global scale. Expand / optimize the Field Service Organization for the ongoing support of deployed systems. Work with contractors, customers and field engineers to build, deploy and install Oasys systems globally.
Strategic Influence - Executive will report to the CEO and be part of the Executive Operating Team working together on defining, evolving and executing the broader Company strategies.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Passion for Oasys technology and markets; relevant experience in related sectors a plus.
Significant experience & success in rapidly scaling venture backed start-ups.
Built, managed, and led / mentored small but growing teams on a global basis.
Experience in key areas of responsibility in a SCM intensive technology sector.
Managed multiple product lines and customer locations. ISO Qual experience a plus.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and drive for solving complex problems.
Ability to work well in a team environment and meet challenging deliverable deadlines.
Strong communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence and support colleagues.
Experience interacting with, and presenting to, a Company's Board of Directors.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, MBA or MS Technology Management a strong plus.
Willingness and experience doing business globally; minimum of 25% travel estimated.
