The VP, Health Information (HIM) Innovation is a strategic leader over the Precyse HIM and Coding Business P&L?s. This executive leader will join a dynamic and innovative leadership team passionate about driving growth and profitability through the implementation of our cutting edge technology and HIM transformation services to the evolving health care market. Reporting directly to the Chief Client Officer, you will lead and grow our business through a period one of the most exciting opportunities in Health Information Management today. You will help develop and implement service and technology solutions that help meet the continued challenges around cost management, quality improvement and information use in health care.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction to a team of department leads to ensure delivery of integrated solutions to Precyse clients across the distinct business lines. The business lines you will oversee include: HIM Strategic Sourcing, Consulting, Coding and Audit Solutions.
Work directly with Information Technology, Implementation, Business Line VP?s and Directors, Sales, Marketing and Executive Leaders to deliver a total solution to client facilities comprising of both cutting edge technology and staff to realize client goals. You will have the support of all departments as you work toward driving solution offerings to the target markets while increasing market penetration per the assigned business targets.
Maintain senior executive relationships and be the ?face of Precyse? in our key clients and prospects.
Forecast, achieve and manage annual revenue, expense and profit objectives.
Develop and implement strategic growth plans throughout the Precyse Strategic Growth Plan process with annual budgets and strategic market expansion that align with the corporate strategic plan.
Establish in conjunction with Sales, customer acquisition, expansion and retention objectives in support of revenue and profit objectives.
Ensure Client Retention Objectives are executed through the Precyse Clients for Life Program.
When appropriate, work with the Talent Acquisition team to hire and develop the key business operational leaders responsible for executing the business objectives of the P&L.
Develop and shape the roles required to meet the needs of this high growth business.
Ensure Coding Quality Review programs are executed in businesses according to Precyse Compliance Program and Client Contractual Obligations and provide needed reports to the Compliance Committee.
Lead the creation and maintenance of a colleague community that is driven by the Precyse Mission, Vision and Values Program.
Lead the Precyse ICD10 Task Force.
Participate on all applicable committees and professional organizations.
Maintain personal and professional growth which includes cutting edge knowledge of health care reform, service and technology trends, JCAHO, HIPAA, OIG and other regulatory issues impacting our industry.
Requirements
Experience as a business services and/or technology solutions professional with prior senior executive/business experience, including previous P&L responsibilities
Strategic thinker who has a strong understanding of health care and health care information systems and can analyze complex situations and identify creative solutions.
Healthcare experience is a required
Bachelor?s Degree required, Master?s preferred, Health Information Management or health care technology preferred
Demonstrated accomplishments in areas of business development and growth, HIM innovation, thought leadership, complex project management and business innovation
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement short, mid and long-term strategic plans
Proven leadership skills and success in developing and retaining a remote workforce
Highest standards of personal and professional integrity, with a strong commitment to appropriate ethical behavior
Travel requirements up to 75% nationwide
