The VP HR reports directly to the CEO and has global responsibility for all aspects of HR. You will serve as a member of our executive team and shepherd our most valuable asset, our people. Act as a change agent to achieve company strategy and explosive growth through proactive HR leadership
Manage and build
Build and manage HR team, compensation and benefits, recruiting, performance management, onboarding, training, visa applications and daily HR activities
Provide strategic counsel regarding people matters for our executive team
Develop and mentor junior managers and professional development programs
Reinforce and help build our culture and core values
Enhance the professional lives of our valued TubeMogulers
Requirements
10+ years working in Human Resources with expanding responsibilities in high growth organizations
Successful track record as HR leader and trusted advisor to executive team
International HR leadership experience, solid understanding of global HR policies
Experience with Local (SF), State (CA) and Federal labor law
Technology industry background preferred
Fun and personable
Hard-driving and sense of urgency
Bachelor?s degree. (Master?s degree preferred).
