VP, Indirect Sales Integra Telecom

DescriptionResponsible for directing the overall Indirect Channel strategy, which includes sales, revenue, expense, and marketing objectives. Nationwide responsibilities for channel/agent product lines and an assigned major geographic regions for achieving the sales and revenue results for the Indirect Sales channel. Direct reports include sales and operations directors and all underlying management. Coordinates sales efforts with marketing function of the organization. Reports to EVP of Sales.
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Business or Marketing or a related field, or the equivalent. Substantial experience (10+ years) in professional sales and marketing, specifically related to selling technical (data and voice) services. Substantial experience managing employees, specifically within the sales function. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry through direct or indirect work experience. Ability to support a team of sales professionals who are making sales presentations to small and large sized groups. Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated computer skills. Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Managing a team that resides in multiple states/locations.
