The Vice President (VP) of Marketing is accountable for translating the organization?s strategic direction into clear brand positioning, strong lead generation programs, innovative product development and marketing communication efforts. The VP will influence, shape, and help develop the growth strategy of our unique and fast-paced business.
The VP of Marketing will establish marketing goals and metrics to attain corporate sales and profitability goals and will oversee competitive research to influence short and long-term marketing plans. As the VP of Marketing this person will be responsible for providing leadership within the department and across the company, will build strong relationships both internally and externally and will focus on people development. This role will involve collaboration with both internal and external business partners, including the Executive Team, and requires that the candidate be able to negotiate effectively and influence decision-makers.
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required; a Master?s degree preferred.
10-15 years minimum experience in marketing and management with 5+ years in a management position.
Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical levels.
Possess top level business management, communication, presentation and consensus building skills.
