The VP, Medical Director provides medical oversight to clinical areas including clinical development, coaching program development, clinical content development, and provider program development.  This position also provides clinical support to sales teams, client management teams and operations teams.

Qualifications, Training and Experience:
• MD or DO required with active medical license and board certification required
• Degree in public health or business administration preferred
• Minimum of five years of direct patient care experience
• Demonstrated achievements with increasing responsibilities in health plan, disease management organization, or integrated delivery system
• Care management experience preferred
• Experience working directly with clients, demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to maintain focus and achieve results in complex, entrepreneurial environment with multiple responsibilities
• Willingness to travel, up to 50 percent of the time
