VP, Medical Director Health Dialog

The VP, Medical Director provides medical oversight to clinical areas including clinical development, coaching program development, clinical content development, and provider program development.  This position also provides clinical support to sales teams, client management teams and operations teams.

Accountabilities and Activities:

Ensure critical clinical decisions incorporate evidence-based medicine principles or adhere to these principles regarding materials created by
• Client development
• Content development
• Coaching training and development
• Provider programs
• Sales teams
• Client management teams
• RFP team

Provide client-facing and internal clinical support to activities of
• Client management teams
• Sales team
• Product management team

Lead clinical direction of company in concert with CMO and promote company externally through activities and presentations

• Drive commercial performance and operational efficiencies

Qualifications, Training and Experience:

• MD or DO required with active medical license and board certification required
• Degree in public health or business administration preferred
• Minimum of five years of direct patient care experience
• Demonstrated achievements with increasing responsibilities in health plan, disease management organization, or integrated delivery system
• Care management experience preferred
• Experience working directly with clients, demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to maintain focus and achieve results in complex, entrepreneurial environment with multiple responsibilities
• Willingness to travel, up to 50 percent of the time
• Collaborative approach to problem solving and innovation
