As part of LeadPages' Executive Team, the Vice President of Engineering oversees our growing team of software engineers. This is a hands-on role, where you will be using your experience as a software engineering manager in a rapidly growing environment to lead the engineering function, mentor staff and expand the team. In addition, you will use your experience solving significant and complex technical problems to serve as the strategic technical leader for LeadPages, partnering closely with the rest of our executive team as we continue to build great products our customers will love.

You have taken projects from vision to successful release numerous times, honing and perfecting your planning and implementation capabilities along the way. You will always give your expert assessment and technical strategy for achieving desired outcomes, but you encourage input and create space for collaboration.
You have a unique combination of skills, talents, and mindset, including:
Ample web-based product experience
Experience as a VP of Engineering (or similar role)
Leadership mojo ? you work hard, lead by example (not heavy-handed authority), and have no trouble inspiring and motivating your team
An educated opinion on how product teams should function with the ability to learn and tweak (process should be just like product in that regard)
Stellar communication skills within and between geographically dispersed teams
A Jedi-like talent for eliciting mind-blowing contributions from your team
