About the job:
You will build and lead the enterprise sales teams with 2 main goals: customer success and revenue attainment. You will:
Develop plans and strategies to acquire new customers; develop account plans and grow throughout the Customer.
Ongoing development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, coaching and training new AEs.
Conduct weekly forecast meetings and provides support to drive to closure.
Report on sales activities and forecasts to senior management.
Report on win/loss analysis.
Overachieve your quotas.
10+ years of working in high growth, technology oriented, operational companies that operate globally. Proven track record of driving change at all levels. You have a concentration in customer facing or customer impacting functions.
You?re a leader. You enjoy working with teams, setting priorities, providing constructive management feedback, building relationships with other functional areas, and are comfortable making tough decisions if they are necessary.
Having worked with the full spectrum of small start up customers to major brands, you understand the different types of services, SLAs and styles necessary to successfully operate with all.
You have a good understanding of Twilio?s value proposition and can support that via innovative customer tools and features.
You?re a self-starter, passionate about being part of successful teams, manage many projects/tasks simultaneously and try to have fun while you?re doing that.
You have a degree in business or technology. MBA is a plus.
