VP OF MARKETING (1) Remedi SeniorCare
We seek an experienced senior marketing professional who has been successful in thinking outside of the box to target and reach new customers. Our qualified candidate will be steeped in the latest digital marketing techniques that can drive customer demand generation. This role will focus on leading the development of short and long-term marketing programs and budgets to build the Remedi brand and drive forecasted business results. Additionally, he/she will drive strategic customer acquisition and retention programs by overseeing all marketing communications (internal & external) including company branding, advertising, campaign management, digital marketing and website optimization, event marketing, strategic partnerships, public relations, sales support and overall metrics management. Ability to optimize mix , measure results and reapply successful marketing programs is essential for efficient use of marketing spend.
Manage and lead all aspects of the Marketing function. Develop, deploy and lead a successful marketing strategy that effectively articulates the corporate branding of Remedi, generates awareness and drives preference for Remedi?s portfolio of products and services. Working with sales, effectively manage qualified lead generation for customer acquisition and retention.
Key initiatives will include:
Strengthen the Remedi Brand and effectively articulating the value proposition of our new technology to existing and new markets
Develop and execute the annual strategic marketing plan, including advertising, event marketing, digital marketing, direct response, and social media deployment
Manage external agencies in support of market execution
Support field sales operations, including grassroots efforts and sales collateral
Develop and manage new market and/or product launches
Partner with and effectively support the sales execution team, to include managing the CRM/lead management system
Manage Voice of the Customer (VOC) and other market research requirements
Build metrics to measure success and support sales activities
Educating internal clients on Remedi?s value proposition and operational initiatives
Oversee annual departmental budget
Desired Skills and Experience
8-10 years senior marketing experience, preferable in B2B healthcare marketing; LTC industry a bonus
BS Marketing, MBA preferred.
Demonstrated strategic marketing planning and analytics
Proven track record in new products launch initiatives and building market share through new market expansion of existing market growth and effective lead generation programs
Strong communicator with interpersonal skills based on track record interfacing with all stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly within in industry, and work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive efficiencies with limited resources
Prior personnel and agency management required.
