This US-based position is responsible for ensuring that EPAM marketing continues to develop and communicate the fit between the complex, global, software engineering services offering and the changing needs of our clients across major verticals. The position reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer, is accountable to EPAM Industry and Geography Business Units and collaborates with horizontal EPAM Competency Centers.

Requirements:
10 years minimum experience in the marketing organization of a professional services firm
Experience in software services marketing

Responsibilities:
Provide marketing counsel and guidance to EPAM Industry and Geography Business Units and EPAM Competency Centers, determine objectives and strategies for their marketing plans, and ensure that they are aligned with the goals of the global marketing goals
Ensure that key messages and strategic initiatives are always a part of a broad integrated M&C programs within EPAM Industry and Geography Business Units and EPAM Competency Centers (i.e. discourage isolated, random and content-less initiatives in favor of integrated M&C campaigns)
Collaborate with stakeholders, agencies, teammates in an effort to direct the identification, development and production of marketing assets, programs and campaign deliverables
Work with Chief Technology Officer to define and communicate key marketing messages and themes in support of EPAM?s visual identity, global image and position
Continuously improve EPAM online properties worldwide to reflect EPAM?s brand and in support of EPAM Business Units, HR, and other online platform stakeholders

Liaise with media to successfully communicate EPAM value proposition--internally and externally
Working with the Chief Technology Officer, advance EPAM?s positioning and value proposition to create thought leadership assets that will, eventually, generate positive customer references and publicize those to the broader analyst community
Ensure that EPAM field force is armed with assets to work effectively on RFP or other new account initiatives
Working with EPAM partners to develop, support, and execute co-marketing opportunities
Working with the marketing team, contribute to plans, reports, scorecards, budgets to ensure the team is 100% on time and efficient with all internal operating procedures and mechanisms
Establish and maintain templates and work plans to track and measure against goals, identify gaps, recommend innovations, and keep internal groups apprised of successes and lessons learned
Qualification:
BS in Journalism, Marketing or Communications and an MBA in Marketing
