Position:
Smarterer is seeking a VP of Product who will guide strategy and execution for the entire Smarterer platform. You?ll work as part of the senior management team to craft the product strategy and lead the engineering and UX team to execute on our vision to be the global standard in skill measurement.
The right person will have led successful product teams, preferably in the consumer web space, and has built and launched products with millions (or tens of millions) of ecstatic users. The right individual will be highly strategic, helping to craft and lead our product vision. You?ll also have an eye for design and user experience and you?ll crave market intelligence and customer feedback.
Experience with B2B SaaS products and platforms is a huge plus. And a very ?future-facing? point of view, with some creative mojo, will endear you to us in no time.
Day to day responsibilities to include:
Translating the founders? vision into an actionable roadmap and beautiful, functional products.
Strategically driving the entire product portfolio (Smarterer.com, additional consumer applications and B2B platforms).
Managing the director of product, director of UX, and technical team to execute against the roadmap.
Defining product metrics and being incredibly analytical and critical about the definition of success.
Fostering new ideas and owning the process of evaluating and prioritizing them.
Delivering alignment among stakeholders.
You will be:

Comfortable working in a rapidly changing, extremely fast-paced environment.
Analytical, data-driven, thoughtful, and methodical.
An excellent communicator (in person and via the e-waves).
