Position Overview:
Enkata is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the project team and program management, including product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. As the VP of Product Management you should have a proven track record of creating successful products that have made a significant impact in terms of scale of audience and/or innovation in the marketplace. You should be equally comfortable describing the product features and vision to customers and analysts, as well as a highly technical engineering team.
Responsibilities:
Lead product planning and delivery by coordinating requirements, priorities and resources across the organization
Define detailed product requirements and use cases, and work closely with development to deliver a market leading product on schedule
Develop product positioning and messaging to define and lead the customer experience management product category
Manage existing and build new relationships with third party technology vendors/partners;
Deliver product roadmaps to customers and field organizations
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
Be an expert with respect to the competition
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Product Management with enterprise software or On-Demand/SaaS solutions in the contact center, analytics, or performance management space
Strong business sense and the ability to quickly learn and analyze a new market
Track record demonstrating strong leadership and execution on product plans
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and interface with engineering
Interest in business development and managing industry partners
Strong industry presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Product Development Tools and Processes
BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
35-40% international travel required
