Main Responsibilities:Creating and communicating product vision and strategies

Continuously innovating to support our key customers evolving needs and current/future market opportunities
Maintaining product roadmaps, priorities and P&Ls
Overseeing the support and optimization of all products and applications
Developing and managing partner relationships as a single point of accountability and ensuring effective/efficient governance processes are established and maintained
Preferred Expertise in one or more of the following:
Data Analytics
Social Monitoring/Tracking
Ad technologies
RTB
Content Marketing
Web production
Success Track Record:
Proven ability to empower, manage, grow and recruit great employees
Successful product ideation, development, launches and customer growth
Accomplished prioritization amongst competing market opportunities in a rapidly changing industry environment
Strong history/track record of driving engaging and fast growth user experiences on the web
Qualifications:
5-10 years advertising/digital media industry experience defining and building world class advertising platforms and products or equivalent web product development experience
Expert knowledge of software development
Demonstrated ability to work well with Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Operations
Good understanding of RTB, big data, BI-tools, analytics and social platforms
MBA or technical degree from top ranked program/school (or equivalent experience)
Passionate and well versed in social and digital media tools, technologies and strategies
Ability to leverage and manage top freelance designers/UX/QA resources to ensure a strong product execution
Familiarity with information retrieval techniques is a plus
Experience with Agile product development methodology, strengths and weaknesses
Experience managing concurrent multiple product executions in various lifecycle stages
