Vice President, Product & Strategy:
The VP, Product & Strategy is a highly visible opportunity within our award winning organization and will be responsible for leading the ideation and planning of Undertone?s global corporate business strategy/plan, and developing and overseeing the management of Undertone?s business development/partnership initiatives, our entire product suite and all related processes, policies and practices. This individual and the department will own Undertone?s global product strategy and be industry leading experts regarding rich media/video ad units and players, cross-screen ad delivery (PC, tablet, mobile, TV), data management tools and other related products.
Qualifications:
? 8+ years of progressive digital media product management experience
? Experience working for an ad technology company (i.e., SSP, rich media, video company, ad network, etc.), media company (publisher) or an advertising agency
? Broad knowledge and experience across digital media including mobile and online video, as well as TV advertising
? In-depth understanding of related ad serving technologies, digital media products and data management solutions
? Strong experience in the business and partner development including identification, deal analysis, negotiation, on-boarding and management
? Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively manage varying internal and external relationships
? Proven leadership experience with ability to drive successful teams cross departmentally and foster strong collaboration, thought leadership and on-going innovation
? Excellent project management skills with natural knack to think strategically and tactically
? Technical knowledge of Ruby, C++, Java and Flash (ActionScript3) languages
? Ideal candidate will have an MBA and have a background in technology (engineering), consulting or product development
