In this highly visible, high-impact role, Tremor Video's VP of Product will be...Focusing on the long and short term product deliverables of the VideoHub Platform
Defining the vision and strategic product roadmap, then executing across the entire product life cycle from planning to execution to post launch management.
Represents the customer?s interest by working with sales, marketing, services and operations to understand the strategic opportunities, threats and marketplace.
Motivating, leading, mentoring, and directing the Product team including; Product Managers, Project Managers and UX Designers
Leading team efforts to:
Define market and business cases, and competitive analysis
Create Product Vision documents
Translate Product Vision into Roadmap for execution
Prioritize features for releases based upon expected ROI
Skills and experience you'll need...
8+ years building and managing product teams in a technology company
Advanced technical knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem, mobile and/or video platforms / technology such as AdMob, Jumptap, DoubleClick, FreeWheel, AdaptTV
Ability to collaborate w cross-functional and geographically dispersed stakeholders
Ability to win over stakeholders on tough decisions
Experience developing SAAS products utilizing Agile methodologies
Thrives in fast-paced, agile tech start-up
Passion for making an impact
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
