We deliver customized browser extension & search products to partners who are interested in integrating their technology into the user?s browser to monetize site traffic.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting and evangelizing a long-term vision for our products
Hiring and growing a team of exceptional Product Managers
Defining the strategic direction for Product Management
Ensuring that the products under management meet or exceed key metrics including revenue, profit, development cost, schedule, and functionality
Directing individual product managers on market requirement gathering
Supporting development of technology partnerships
Required Qualifications
Proven history of enhancing existing products and bringing new products to market in the internet/online media space
Minimum of 10 years of Product Management experience
Significant experience driving customer research, business case development and customer requirement definitions.
Experience building and leading high-impact product management teams
Superior organizational and planning skills, excellent written/verbal presentation and listening skills, and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear, confident and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Proven, solid decision making processes, balancing principles and data along with judgment and experience
Must be able to generate buy-in from executive leadership on strategic decisions that require difficult tradeoffs
Demonstrated experience as a true self-starter that can quickly and independently assess business requirements and become a trusted and integral part of the executive team
BA/BS in computer science or engineering
Advanced degree preferred
