VP, Product Marketing Health Integrated
JOB SUMMARY: The Vice President Product Marketing is an executive level professional who will lead the Health Integrated product organization. As the VP of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for product portfolio management, product lifecycle management, as well as new product development and provide product vision, direction and quality plan execution to the organization. This position may not conduct any activities that require evaluation or interpretation of clinical information.
Good balance of creativity and disciplined execution
Education/License/Certification: BA/BS is required. Masters? Degree is preferred.
Track record of success in managing and developing care management and population health products and services.
Developing insights into market opportunities and customers? unmet needs.
Improving market share and profitability of legacy products.
Developing and launching new products to hit market share and profitability objectives.
Experience managing product P&Ls ? this position will own a ?shadow? P&L in partnership with operations.
Managing a direct team of product managers and business analysts and indirect teams including technologists, developers, operations professionals and others.
Senior level work in managed care, care management, population management in settings that involve clinical service delivery, software and professional services ? a thorough understanding of the market landscape including buyers, competitors, regulators and thought leader.
Deep knowledge and experience with proven methodologies for product planning, product management and product development across the product lifecycle
Expertise using statistical models and clinical informatics data sets to drive product innovation
Expertise in product market testing methodologies
Persuasive written and oral communications that drive buy in from stakeholders for product vision and plans
Creates and manages the multi-year product roadmap to realize HI?s strategic objectives
Provides product vision, direction and quality plan execution to the organization
Owns product specifications, technical requirements, product business rules, product pricing, product growth plans and competitive product analysis
Works with clients and prospects to gather needs, requirements and inputs as well as promote products and solutions
Partners with key stakeholders including operations, technology, sales and finance
Drives comprehensive and impactful annual product planning process
Leads Innovation and Creativity Exchange (ICE) to drive new products and new product processes into the organization
Reports to EVP Marketing Strategy and Customer Solutions
Builds and manages a high performing team of product managers and business analysis as well as extended durable teams around specific product initiatives
