Overview:We are looking for a proven senior leader to oversee our research & insights efforts globally. Our practices utilizing market and media research drive key initiatives in every area of the organization from our global sales efforts, to our cutting edge new products heavily in development. The VP, Research & Insights will leverage deep domain knowledge and experience in consumer insights, media measurement and campaign performance to strengthen and support Undertone?s core brand promise: delivering ?Standout Brand Experiences?, and further Undertone?s position as an industry thought leader.
This is a highly visible position in the company offering the opportunity to make a tremendous and immediate impact, and to build/foster a new line of products and innovation!
Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree in Marketing, Market Research or related field
? 8+ years of experience in market, consumer and media research within the digital marketing realm. Experience in B2B marketing service related companies is a plus!
? Digital media domain expertise with exposure to rich media advertising, ad serving/integration (PC, tablet, mobile), data management tools and other related products
? Experience running and analyzing research data reports from syndicated databases including comScore, Nielsen, Vizu, etc.
? Strong project management skills with proven success at managing large scale initiatives cross departmentally
? Strong leadership skills with experience managing and cultivating a team from the ground up
? Proven success building, developing and maintaining strong rapport with internal/external clients, vendors and industry leaders
? Proven experience in a variety of qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies and practices
? Excellent written/verbal communication skills; active listening abilities and strong attention to detail
