VP, Sales Automated Insights
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for a proven and experienced senior sales executive who will thrive in a fast-pace, entrepreneurial environment.
The right candidate will have an intuitive understanding of the power of Automated Insights' technology to create hyper-relevant content and innovative new data products at scale.
Equally important, the right candidate will have successful experience working as part of an executive team to define sales goals and develop the plans and strategies for achieving those goals. The right candidate will also have a history of managing budgets effectively and meeting or exceeding goals.
Work with the senior management team to define company's sales goals, and develop plans and strategies for achieving them (including lead generation and pricing strategies)
Travel for in-person meetings to initiate, develop and optimize customer relationships
As company grows, help hire and manage sales team, and define and coordinate sales training programs and incentive programs that help motivate the sales team and enable the team to succeed
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
Help put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales team
Help compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions, and monitor customer, market and competitor activity
Work closely with marketing and product teams to advance company's goals
