NextMark is solving this problem with it?s new digital media planning system which is purpose-built for buying digital advertising inventory directly (online display, mobile display, online video, and more). It brings better information, automation, and integration to the process. It?s goal is to improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of digital advertising.

As VP of Sales, you will lead NextMark?s sales team and establish its New York office. Your goal will be to accelerate the growth of an already growing and profitable business.
Responsibilities
Achieve the company?s sales goals
Develop, implement, and maintain sales plans and strategies
Open and manage NextMark?s New York sales office
Build and manage an effective sales team organization through selection, training, compensation, motivation, and review of sales staff
Establish sales territories and quotas.
Work closely with marketing to establish successful advertising and lead generation programs
Build and manage prospect pipeline from interest (establishing relationship), development (understanding need), and close.
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
Provide senior management with monthly report of sales activities
Manage the use of budgets and resources
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
Establish and monitor systems, policies, and procedures that support the success of the sales function, particularly the CRM system (SalesForce.com).
Requirements
Bachelor?s Degree
At least 10 years experience in technology sales with proven track record of selling technology to digital advertising agencies
