VP Sales Operations INRIX
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED INRIX is seeking a world class VP Sales & Sales Operations. The position will be responsible for building the sales process and infrastructure and directly managing a skilled sales team focused on B2B sales. The VP Sales reports to the SVP Business Development. He/she should demonstrate a proactive, business partnership style and the leadership capacity to assume increasing responsibility as the company grows.

Manage overall sales process, assist in determining annual sales forecasts and update Company leaders on sales prospects and quarterly regional forecasts
Monitor and continuously improve metrics on sales and closing ratios and optimize sales cycle management
Formalize and institutionalize all aspects of the sales process, including tracking and updating customers using SalesForce.com, or similar tool
Motivate, communicate and engage the existing sales team to create an environment with which the team will learn, grow and deliver to their peak capability
Develop and maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies for expanding the company?s customer base
Strategic and tactical business partner and advisor to SVP Business Development
Work closely with Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies
Gather feedback from potential and current customers to guide future development.
10 plus years in sales leadership experience in the high tech industry
Successful history building and managing high performance sales organizations in the US and EMEA
Direct experience working internationally in high tech. Experience in some or all of the following sectors: Fleet, Mobile, Location-based services (LBS), and software services
Significant experience in managing relationships with customers and partners and have the ability to navigate large organizations to reach and influence key decision makers
Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization while supporting large existing customers
Excellent ability to organize, synthesize, and present information to senior leadership and key stakeholders on product and sales teams
Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion.Strong written and oral communication skills
Comfortable participating in technical discussions with a heavy dose of jargon and acronyms
Bachelor?s Degree required; MBA a plus
A willingness to travel overnight up to 30%, mostly in the US with occasional trips to Europe and Asia.
