The role of Vice President, Solution Sales is responsible for the growth of Core Performance?s innovative wellness solutions. These solutions are at the forefront of an emerging approach to employer health & wellness. We are transforming the landscape of the industry through a unique ability to engage and change employees, one at a time. This proprietary approach to improving the health and vitality of employees has worked because it overcomes the traditional limitations of existing programs, specifically personal engagement and personal outcomes. This important sales role is a critical component of our strategy to align the impact of our solutions to the business goals and objectives of our clients at the executive, strategic and operational levels.
The Vice President, Solution Sales is responsible for helping large employers achieve their business objectives through a consultative selling process through multiple channels. This approach allows for the introduction of unique Core Performance solutions, developed to drive unprecedented levels of engagement and outcomes for business and personal health goals.
Aggressively position our emerging capabilities and value proposition directly to Fortune 500 organizations with new or established health and wellness programs.
Develop and manage key relationships with regional and national Benefit Consulting organizations in the Lifestyle Management marketplace.
Coordinate and manage proactive responses to Requests for Proposals through the ?seeding? of Core Performance differentiators and our approach.
Manage both strategic and tactical sales responsibilities with accountability for both quarterly and annual revenue attainment.
Qualify and manage sales leads and opportunities through existing relationships and personal initiative.
Major responsibilities will include proactive prospecting and opportunity qualification, Target Account Planning, execution of Fitness Management & Lifestyle Management sales initiatives, multi-tier selling within target prospects, etc.
This position requires 7-10 years of consultative, solution sales experience with Fortune 500 employers especially at the strategic (SVP) level.
Experience in the healthcare marketplace or more specifically health and wellness is preferred.
Experience in partnering with benefit consultants preferred.
Ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution.
Ability to quickly learn the competitive landscape and our place in the market.
Readiness to travel at least 35% of the time.
Excellent presentation and communications skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer.
Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
Demonstrates business knowledge, perspective and ethical behavior.
Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Bachelor?s Degree in Business or Marketing
