VP, Strategic Accounts Echopass

Under the direction of the SVP, you will provide sales, marketing, and strategic business development for the Finance and Insurance market segments for Echopass. You will be chartered with all aspects of account development which includes client identification, business models and plans, and solution delivery for cloud based, contact center solutions.
Establish communication plan with key stakeholders
Ensure customer satisfaction with internal and external sources
Communicate business model, goals and objectives, and timelines both internally and externally
Demonstrate the ability to persuade, influence and direct external sources
Ability to work collaboratively within and outside of Echopass
Communicate effectively with C-level executives
Ability to translate customer vision into tangible goals
Identify, pursue, and nurture a pipeline of strategic opportunities through networking, sourcing, and contact development, expanding our present success in this market.
The ability to propose growth opportunities with mutual financial gain and benefit to both the customer and to Echopass.
Illuminate Echopass capabilities to the customer and sell opportunity through an excellent understanding of models and requirements
Lead the negotiation and deal closure by uncovering and addressing objections
Develop strategic partnerships with Echopass stakeholders who can assist the effort to close deals at the operational level
Work with Finance to ensure scope, costs, revenue impact, and pricing.
BA/BS, MBA preferred, and 10 or more years in strategic sales and development
Prior experience in call center technology, preferably Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco platforms.
Previous experience in the Financial and Insurance marketplace
Excellent technical understanding and the ability to communicate technical concepts and architecture
Ability to build trust and collaborative relationships internally and externally
Exceptional negotiation skills
