In this role you will hire, grow, and groom a global sales team of Lead Development Reps, Territory Managers (Inside Sales), Channel Account Managers and Renewals Reps covering the Americas, EMEA and APAC out of sales offices in Broomfield, Colorado, Dublin, Ireland, and Sydney, Australia, respectively. It will be your responsibility to work collaboratively with Webroot?s global leadership team as you develop and implement efficient and effective sales processes, go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives around the world.

As our VP of Worldwide SMB Sales based in our corporate headquarters in Broomfield, CO, your primary mission will be to lead and drive the implementation of Webroot?s worldwide GTM strategy, dramatically increasing Webroot?s SMB market share in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Your previous success with overall sales cycle management including GTM planning, forecasting, pipeline and budget management will be highlighted as you provide outstanding sales leadership to a team of nearly 60 sales professionals worldwide.
Additional responsibilities will include, yet not be limited to:
Managing the implementation of the sales plan through recruitment, coaching and development of a highly professional, results-oriented, world-class Inside Sales and Channel team, all while motivating and developing them to exceed quotas and SLAs
Participating directly in the sales process working cross-functionally to develop sales strategies and driving deals to closure, even in a hands-on approach at times
Driving the development of new customer accounts and growing business volume with existing customers
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Webroot?s products & services in context of the broader security market

Required for this role will be a four-year degree and documented longevity and career progression in prior sales roles. You will be expected to approach all deals with a customer-orientated mindset and be able to quickly develop key customer relationships and to promote win-win sales strategies. Your strong, first-class sales acumen and verbal/written communication and presentation skills, in addition to excellent negotiation and closing abilities, will be stretched to the limits in this highly visible role.
