THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED This role has ownership of all In Life deliverables to customer post-implementation and post-deployment phases. One of its main responsibilities is to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and effective business partnerships with the Customer.
Responsible for overall delivery to Customer, this role oversees a variety of complex tasks across the full gamut of managed services, Software as a Service (SaaS) and licensed customer engagements.
This role works closely and proactively with all business groups to ensure needs and requirements are identified and understood, service issues are addressed, service performance is reviewed and monitored, and the customer?s expectations are met.
5 years of experience in telecommunications, local, voice, data and wireless services.
Experience in telecommunications billing and billing platforms.
Experience in the delivery and support of Enterprise Application software.
Experience in process re-engineering: analysis, life-cycle and improvement.
Customer Relationship Management focusing on Enterprise Software.
Strong PC skills (Microsoft in particular)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and management skills.
Previously held customer facing role with experience in establishing and maintaining business relationships with customer senior management
Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, processes and deliverables simultaneously.
Business process for managing telecom services and expenses
Business process for managing telecom finance, cost allocation and charge backs
Ability to identify the potential to upsell additional services
Three years prior business experience in Customer Service Management.
Experience outside of the US would be highly regarded.
Experience in Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) or other expense management functions.
Experience in project management roles and techniques, Prince 2 Certification or equivalent a plus.
Basic knowledge of sql
Global TEM Engagement experience would be highly regarded.
Ability to communicate in languages in addition to English a plus
