Wafer Fab Operator - Plating and Wet Process Semprius
Semprius is seeking an experienced Wafer Fab Operator with excellent work habits and attention to detail to join our team in Henderson, NC.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
? Working in a Wafer Fab cleanroom environment, qualify process equipment and
run Production and Development lots in the Plating and Wet Process areas.
? Work with hazardous chemicals using appropriate Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE).
? Perform bath analysis and bath chemical adjustments to maintain process
performance.
? Follow quality documentation and work closely with engineering groups.
? Perform microscope inspection of product and collect metrology data; document
and communicate nonconforming product.
? Support the Semprius Quality systems for SPC, Change Control, Calibration,
and Document Control.
? Promote safe work environment, employee ownership of quality and continuous
improvement.
? The position will be located at the new Pilot Line location in Henderson, NC.
? Position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Job Requirements or Qualifications:
Education and Experience
? High School Diploma and 5 years related work experience required.
? Cleanroom Manufacturing experience in semiconductor or pharmaceutical
industries preferred.
? Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality results required.
